Job summary

Hospitality Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant General Manager for a Taco Bell franchise in West Memphis, AR. You will support the General Manager, run shifts, manage inventory, and ensure financial accountability while upholding Taco Bell standards.

You will lead Team Members and Shift Managers, solve problems, and provide a safe, friendly environment for employees and customers. Management experience is required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years supervisory experience in food service or retail.
• Must be 18 years or older and able to pass background checks.
• Basic computer literacy and business math skills required.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities required.
• Ability to manage inventory and financial accountability.
