Williams seeks an Operations Technician to join a dynamic team maintaining one of its largest facilities. You will work with gas turbines, high-speed engines, and distribution systems, supporting construction projects and data analysis to optimize operations.

Ideal candidates hold a high school diploma, have a valid license, and are willing to rotate shifts and travel. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and hands-on problem solving in a demanding environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid State Driver’s License with clean record.
• Willingness to work shifts, overtime, and travel between locations.
• Ability to work in extreme conditions and elevated areas with PPE.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills; safety-focused.

Responsibilities

• Keep equipment running safely and smoothly by performing a range of tasks and inspections.
• Collaborate with teammates to analyze data and address technical challenges.
