Job summary

Williams is seeking an experienced Operations Technician to support a large-scale facility. You will read drawings, inspect gear, and support pipeline operations while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes hands-on work, data analysis, and teamwork to improve reliability and performance.

You’ll engage in shift work, collaborate with peers, and contribute to preventive maintenance and record-keeping, driving operational excellence across the site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Willingness to work shifts, overtime, and travel between locations.
• Ability to work in extreme conditions and elevated areas with PPE.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to safety and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on tasks to keep equipment running safely and efficiently.
• Analyze data with teammates to solve technical or operational challenges.
• Follow company policies and use proper procedures.
• Learn and apply safety and operation requirements for the facility.
• Maintain site familiarity, permits, and equipment for compliance.
• Maintain process operation records, reports, and logs; assist preventive maintenance.
• Support other projects and responsibilities as needed.
