Job summary

Williams is seeking an Operations Technician I-III to safely maintain equipment and support pipeline operations. You will read and interpret drawings, analyze data, and ensure compliance with permits and safety requirements while contributing to facility performance.

Qualifications include a High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of experience; Associates degree is a plus. The role offers hybrid work options and involves after-hours and 12-hour shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma/GED and minimum three (3) years of demonstrated ability as an operations technician or similar role.
• Preferred: Associates or 2-year technical degree and minimum two (2) years of multifaceted operations technician experience in oil and gas.

Responsibilities

• Performs tasks to safely maintain equipment and support pipeline operations, including reading/interpreting drawings.
• Analyzes data and collaborates to resolve technical or operational problems.
• Follows Company policies and applies operating and maintenance procedures.
• Gains knowledge of and adheres to safe operation requirements for facilities and permits.
• Maintains knowledge of site/equipment/permits and compliance.
• Completes reports/logs and maintains records of process operations and preventive maintenance.
• Other duties as assigned
