Job summary

INEOS Olefins & Polymers USA, LLC is seeking a Plasticizer Shift Team Lead to supervise Outside Operators at our Texas City, TX site. The role ensures safe operation of the chemical production process, maintains design operating envelopes, and supports field activities during the shift.

The position requires strong leadership and a relentless focus on safety. The STL will manage training, performance, incident reporting, and adherence to Life Saving Rules and safety practices across the asset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Operator experience in a petrochemical or refinery setting.
• Supervisory experience preferred; leadership of operations team.

Responsibilities

• Lead Outside Operators and supervise asset operations on shift.
• Ensure safe operation of production process and compliance with safety rules.
• Manage training, coaching, and performance reviews for on-shift operators.
• Ensure accurate reporting and handoffs between shifts.
