Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Paper Science preferred.
• 10 years of relevant experience and knowledge of the Collective Bargaining Agreement preferred.

• Coaching employees: provide tools, training needs and development plans.
• Foster collaboration and maintain trust and respect among teams.
• Apply structured problem-solving to identify root causes and deliver timely solutions.
• Demonstrate adaptability to changing demands, processes, and information.
• Communicate data and critical messages effectively to internal and external audiences.
• Plan and manage time to meet deadlines and improve productivity.
• Ensure reliable employee performance and compliance with safety, production and quality requirements.
