Job summary

Smurfit Westrock Company is seeking a hands-on Shift Supervisor to lead production operations in a fast-paced folding carton manufacturing environment. You will oversee daily activities, ensure safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement and employee engagement across teams.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic and tactical planning, and the ability to collaborate with maintenance and QA to maximize equipment performance and manufacturing efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and manufacturing computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead production employees on assigned shift.
• Plan and coordinate daily work activities to meet production requirements.
• Ensure safety, quality, GMP, SQF, and company policies are followed.
• Drive continuous improvement and improve OEE.
• Monitor department performance and prepare production reports.
