Job summary

Novo Nordisk's Product Supply Aseptic Manufacturing facility in Clayton, NC seeks a shift production lead to provide operations support and coaching on the production floor. This role reports to the Shift Manager and collaborates with cell leaders to keep the line running smoothly.

Key responsibilities include mentoring operators, implementing improvements, and ensuring safety/environmental compliance while coordinating with process teams to optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree from an accredited university required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent with at least four years manufacturing experience; aseptic if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Acts as process advocate, coordinating daily schedule with Work Cell Leaders and support groups, removing barriers and enabling processes to run optimally based on assigned area of responsibility (Aseptic Production, Finished Production Assembly, Finished Production Packaging).
