Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field is required.
• 7+ years of manufacturing environment experience is required.
• 7+ years of leadership experience in engineering, manufacturing, or maintenance is required.
• Experience driving process improvements using systematic methodologies (LEAN/Six Sigma) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead tactical and long-term technical improvements within the department.
• Ensure maximum up time of equipment to support site production schedules.
• Develop long‑term technical and process improvement plans.
• Champion systematic problem solving (SPS) and ensure robust processes meet quality objectives.
• Drive technical and maintenance standardization and collaboration across teams.
• Coach, develop and engage direct reports with IDPs and annual goals.
• Collaborate across sites to share best practices and improve efficiency and compliance.
