Job summary

Novo Nordisk A/S in Clayton, NC is seeking a hands-on manufacturing operator to join the PS AM aseptic facility. You will operate equipment, follow production schedules, perform routine cleaning, and support maintenance activities in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

The role requires a high school diploma and at least six months of manufacturing experience. Training on SOPs and safety continues as part of daily duties in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of six months manufacturing experience required.
• Experience in an FDA-regulated environment preferred.
• Production/manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read, write and understand product documentation and SOPs with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, monitor & control equipment, systems & processes on production lines.
• Execute production schedule to achieve goals.
• Maintain production areas and perform cleaning.
• Support event response.
• Review and author SOPs and other documents as required.
• Assist during equipment maintenance and restoration of function.
• Record production data in forms and systems.
• Follow safety and environmental requirements.
• Other accountabilities as assigned.
