ERock is seeking a Plant Manager to lead a large natural gas–powered prime power microgrid on site. You will own end-to-end site performance, set operating rhythm, and supervise maintenance, safety, and workforce leadership at the customer facility.

The role emphasizes strong technical credibility while avoiding hands-on maintenance as a primary duty. You will report to the Prime Power Head and represent ERock in the region.

Qualificações

• 7–10 years in power generation, industrial ops, utilities or mission-critical environments.
• 3–5 years leading supervisors, technicians, or skilled trades in 24/7 settings.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems in generators and power distribution.
• Experience overseeing preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Experience using CMMS systems and run-hour maintenance programs.
• Ability to interpret maintenance metrics and performance trends.

Responsabilidades

• Own site performance: uptime, availability, production, and emissions compliance.
• Establish maintenance pacing, outage planning, and reliability improvements.
• Ensure maintenance is executed on time and to standard without overdue intervals.
• Lead supervisors and on-site staff to deliver safe, high-quality execution.
• Develop onboarding, qualification, and ongoing development of supervisors and technicians.
• Drive disciplined maintenance execution and maintain rigorous records.
• Lead safety culture and regulatory environmental compliance at the site.
• Interface with the customer and engage with local community and vendors.
