• Must have 18+ years of age.
• 6+ months of proven management experience in food service or related leadership role.
• This is a hands-on position; must be able to work all shifts up front.
• Must be friendly, enthusiastic, and full of energy.
• Must lead by example and uphold high standards in a fast-paced environment.
• Must coach and help the team grow through feedback.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Able to work full-time with open availability, including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Solid employment history with positive references.
