Job summary

Subway is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations with a focus on guest experience, food quality, and store cleanliness. You'll cascade training, schedule staff, and ensure inventory controls are in place to keep the restaurant running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year in a restaurant environment preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead guest experience initiatives and ensure quality food prep and service.

• Maintain cleanliness and restaurant appearance to company standards.
