Job summary

Subway is seeking a Shift Manager to lead guest experience, ensure great food service, and keep the restaurant clean and welcoming. You’ll focus on inventory, scheduling, and team leadership daily.

You will supervise staff, manage inventory, schedule shifts, and train team members to deliver consistent hospitality and efficient operations across day, evening, and weekend transitions.

Full- or part-time positions with flexible hours are available at multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant environment.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent guest experience.
• Ensure food is prepared and served to standard.
• Keep the restaurant clean, functional and visually appealing.
• Control inventory and monitor supplies.
• Schedule and supervise staff.
• Demonstrate teamwork and cooperate with others.
• Deliver training to Sandwich Artists on responsibilities.
• Complete paperwork as needed.
