Job summary

You will lead by example in scheduling, training, and paperwork, supporting a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy and hospitality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Cascading training to Sandwich Artists on existing and new responsibilities.
• Scheduling and supervising staff.
• Practicing inventory control standards.
• Ensuring equipment is in proper working order during shift.
• Completing paperwork as needed.
