Job summary

Subway is seeking a Shift Manager to focus on delivering an excellent guest experience, ensuring great food is prepared and served, and keeping the restaurant clean and welcoming. The role includes scheduling and supervising staff, controlling inventory, and working as part of a team to maintain operations.

As part of the Subway Team, you will cascade training, supervise staff, and ensure equipment is functioning while completing required paperwork.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide an excellent guest experience.
• Keep the restaurant functional, clean and beautiful.
• Schedule and supervise staff.
• Control inventory and maintain inventory standards.
• Operate the cashier/POS system and complete paperwork as needed.
• Be a team player and support fellow crew members.
