Job Description

Serve as Manager on Duty, open and close the store, and assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in overseeing store operations.

Greet every guest entering the store and provide friendly, prompt, fun, and courteous service.

Operate a Point-of-Sale terminal to process guest transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling, tender acceptance, and applying coupons or discounts according to company procedures. Handle opening and closing functions, including reconciliation.

Attend onsite and online training to enhance management skills and product knowledge, including our Sourced & Certified products.

Maintain Responsible Vendor status throughout employment for alcohol & tobacco purchases by verifying proper identification for age verification.

Train, coach, and direct other sales associates when acting as Manager on Duty to promote excellent customer service and adherence to store procedures.

Assist in daily property maintenance, including debris cleanup, trash disposal, shopping cart collection, and restroom cleaning.

Provide wrapping services for ABC products, assemble custom gift baskets, and offer carry-out services when needed.

Unload and organize weekly truck deliveries, merchandise and display products on store shelves and coolers, and restock from stockrooms as necessary.

Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by store management.
