Job Description

We are seeking a Manager on Duty to oversee store operations, assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, and ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities include opening and closing the store, greeting guests, operating POS terminals, handling transactions, and maintaining store cleanliness. You will also be responsible for training staff, managing product displays, unloading deliveries, and performing miscellaneous tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• High School Diploma or GED; at least 6 months of management or leadership experience; or equivalent education and experience

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store
• Lift up to 35 pounds frequently
• Ascend/descend ladders and step stools as needed
