Coborn’s, Inc. is hiring a Shift Manager to lead our team on assigned shifts and ensure smooth store operations in the absence of leadership. You will oversee merchandise receiving, stocking, merchandising, and guest assistance on the salesfloor.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership coverage and manage store operations in the absence of the Store Director and Assistant Store Director.
• Receive merchandise according to company policies and procedures, prepare product to go out to the floor for merchandising.
• Efficiently and effectively break down deliveries, stock the shelves, build displays with packaged products, and greet guests on the salesfloor and assist them with finding items.
• Guide and direct team members to ensure smooth operation throughout their shift.
