Job summary

Coborn’s, Inc. in Minnesota is seeking a Shift Manager to provide leadership coverage in the absence of the Store Director and Assistant Store Director, and to manage daily store operations. You’ll oversee receiving merchandise, stock shelves, build displays, and greet guests on the salesfloor while guiding team members to ensure a smooth shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership coverage in the absence of the Store Director and Assistant Store Director.
• Receive merchandise according to company policies and prepare product for floor merchandising.
• Break down deliveries, stock shelves, build displays with packaged products, and greet guests on the salesfloor and assist them with finding items.
• Guide and direct team members to ensure smooth operation during shifts.
