Upon completion of the announced merger with The Queen Casino & Entertainment Inc. ('Queen'), the portfolio will be supplemented with four additional casinos across three states, including an expansion into Iowa. Queen will add over 900 employees, and operations currently include approximately 2,400 slot machines, 50 table games, and 150 hotel rooms. Bally's will also succeed Queen's significant stake in a global lottery management and services business through its investment in Intralot S.A.

Responsibilities:

• Implements approved company policy & supervises the operation of the slot machines and performance of Slot personnel during assigned shift.
• Responsible for training, management, and equitable treatment of staff.
• Promotes positive customer relations.
• Responsible for scheduling of Slot Service Hosts.
• Assists in the performance of Slot Service Host duties when business demands.
• Resolves minor guest complaints using our service recovery procedures with urgency and empathy within authorized levels.
• Maintains slot areas to be clean, secure, and well maintained.
• Knowledgeable of Indiana Gaming regulations and the company's internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Must be able to work in an environment with secondhand smoke, loud noises, and large crowds.
• Must be able to stand, sit, and walk for prolonged periods (7+ hours).
• Always follow the Company Service Standards.
• Must be available for scheduled work and able to work various hours, including holidays and weekends.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

Successful candidates must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Requirements include at least 3000 hours or 24 months in a Slot Department, 1 year in a supervisory role, and working knowledge of slot machines. Must be able to stand and walk regularly, climb or balance, and lift/move up to 25 pounds. Occasionally, sitting, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling may be required. Vision abilities include close and distance vision, color, peripheral, depth perception, and focus adjustment. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities. Must be able to work in a smoking environment and be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
