Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Implement approved company policy & supervise the operation of the slot machines and performance of Slot personnel during assigned shift.
2. Responsible for training, management, and equitable treatment of staff.
3. Promote positive customer relations.
4. Responsible for scheduling of Slot Service Hosts.
5. Assist in the performance of Slot Service Host duties when business demands.
6. Resolve minor guest complaints through the use of our service recovery procedures with a sense of urgency and empathy within approved levels of authority.
7. Keep slot areas clean, secure, and well maintained.
8. Be knowledgeable of the Indiana Gaming regulations as well as the company’s internal controls, policies, and procedures.
9. Work in an environment with secondhand smoke, loud noises, and large crowds.
10. Stand, sit, and walk for prolonged periods (7+ hours).
11. Follow the Company Service Standards model.
12. Be available for regularly scheduled work and be able to work various hours, including holidays and weekends.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Must have at least 3000 hours or 24 months experience in a Slot Department and 1 year in a Slot Supervisory position, with a working knowledge of slot machines. Ability to stand & walk frequently, climb or balance, lift/move up to 25 pounds, and work in a smoking environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required.
