Queen will also add over 900 employees, and operations that currently include approximately 2,400 slot machines, 50 table games, and 150 hotel rooms to the Bally’s portfolio. Bally’s will also become the successor of Queen’s significant economic stake in a global lottery management and services business through its investment in Intralot S.A. (ATSE: INLOT).

Responsibilities:

• Implements approved company policy & supervises the operation of the slot machines and
  performance of Slot personnel during assigned shift.
• Responsible for training, management, and equitable treatment of staff.
  Promotes positive customer relations.
• Responsible for scheduling of Slot Service Hosts.
• Assist in the performance of Slot Service Host duties when business demands.
• Resolves minor guest complaints through the use of our service recovery procedures with a sense of
  urgency and empathy with approved levels of authority.
• Keeps slot areas clean, secure, and well maintained.
• Knowledgeable of the Indiana Gaming regulations as well as the company’s
  internal controls, policies, and procedures.
• Must be able to work in an environment with secondhand smoke, loud noises, and large crowds.
• Must be able to stand, sit, and walk for prolong periods of time (7+ hours).
• Always follow the Company Service Standards model.
• Must be available for regularly scheduled work and be able to work a variety of hours, holidays, and
  weekends.
• Other duties may be assigned at any time.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The
requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Employed at least 3000
hours or 24 months in a Slot Department, and 1 year in a Slot Supervisory position as well as a working
knowledge of slot machines. Regularly required to stand & walk. Frequently is required to climb or balance and
lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Vision abilities
required by this job include close & distance vision, color & peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to
adjust focus. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the
essential functions. Must be able to work in a smoking environment. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and
Excel.
