WE LOVE OUR WORK.

• Supervise and manage staff in the Slots department.
• Develop, implement, and monitor operational goals to meet performance and profit objectives.
• Create effective schedules, control labor costs, meet staffing needs, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist in departmental budgeting, provide recommendations, ensure compliance, and report concerns.
• Promote and demonstrate excellent customer service according to standards and programs.
• Ensure all team members adhere to customer service standards and address issues promptly.
• Achieve departmental customer service goals.
• Oversee electronic gaming device activities for compliance on assigned shifts.
• Recommend materials, supplies, or tools within guidelines.
• Coordinate slot machine layouts, installations, and preventative maintenance.
• Assist with troubleshooting and repair of machines and systems.
• Ensure policies, procedures, and regulations are followed and compliant.
• Develop and measure departmental service standards for the Slot Technical team.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and report issues to management.
• Maintain confidentiality in all departmental and company matters.

• Associate degree or 1-2 years of Slot management experience, or equivalent.
• Flexible to work all shifts, including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledgeable of Slot operating systems.
• Ability to perform basic math operations and interpret graphs.
