Zusammenfassung

Shake Shack is hiring to lead and mentor restaurant teams in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee shift operations to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality and speed, and help build a high-performing team of hourly Team Members.

Responsibilities include assisting with purchasing and inventory, interviewing applicants, and supporting employee relations. A Food Safety Certification is required, with a goal of delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifikationen

• At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Aufgaben

• Manage the flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure the highest levels of safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high performing team of hourly Team Members.
• May assist with operational support functions (i.e. Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, etc.)
• Participates in applicant interviews and assists with employee relations.
