Shake Shack Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Restaurant Team Leader to oversee service flow and guide a team of hourly members on a shift, ensuring safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of leadership experience in a restaurant, holds local Food Safety certification, and demonstrates strong problem solving and communication skills to support a high-performing team.

Qualificações

• At least 1 year of restaurant leadership experience supervising a team.
• Food Safety Certification according to local jurisdiction.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsabilidades

• Manage flow of service and direct the work of team members on a shift to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed.
• Help build and lead high-performing team of hourly Team Members.
• May assist with operational support functions (e.g., Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory, etc.).
• Participates in applicant interviews and assists with employee relations.
