Job summary

Donatos is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee Quality and Services in the restaurant.

You will coach and train Donatos Associates to produce the highest quality food and provide friendly, honest service, and you may open or close the restaurant in the absence of a salaried Manager, ensuring a quality opening and closing by completing administrative responsibilities while maximizing safety of Associates, Guests and Assets.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform essential functions safely while meeting productivity standards.
• Able to stand and/or walk entire shift.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Occasional bending and twisting.
• 1-year experience as Shift Lead or Manager or equivalent.
• Completion of Donatos MIT Program and all corresponding certifications, Shift Manager E-learning modules, and food safety courses.
• Can execute all items on the Shift Manager readiness checklist.

Responsibilities

• Interacts with and listens to customers attentively and enthusiastically.
• Anticipates customer needs and removes service barriers.
• Displays care and empathy for customers and follows steps when resolving complaints.
• Ensures the team delivers all elements of Donatos Service Behaviors.
• Contributes to team morale through enthusiasm and commitment.
• Trains new Associates to execute Donatos standards and processes.
• Ensures accurate orders and on-time delivery.
• Manages shift execution and prep/dough plans.
• Coaches on People, Promise and Prosperity drivers.
• Manages product quality, service and prosperity.
