Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure the restaurant is clean, maintains food quality, sanitation and service standards.
• Effectively manage costs within budgeted levels including labor, inventory and energy.
• Set up cash register and oversee smooth shift transitions.
• Supervise shift, direct team members and maintain clear communication.
• Train new and existing staff on procedures and stations when needed.
• Complete shift management administrative tasks and reports.
• Post sales readings and conduct shift walkthroughs to ensure smooth operations.
• Observe and enforce safety procedures for staff and customers.
