Job summary

IHOP 3009 Lancaster is seeking a full-time Manager on Duty to lead a busy restaurant and deliver excellent guest experiences. You will supervise the food service team, assign tasks, schedule staff, and train employees on best practices to achieve smooth operations.

You will also monitor back-end quality, ensure equipment functions, verify portions and overall food quality, and review cash receipts and sales reports to address issues promptly.

Responsibilities
