Job summary

Qualifications

Location: Ishpeming, MICleveland-Cliff has an immediate opportunity for a Shift Manager Maintenance at our Tilden Mine site. This position will provide management oversight of all maintenance related projects in the Tilden Plant.Summary of Responsibilities :Ensures that all department work is performed in a safe manner and that all work areas are maintained to meet all MSHA standards.Assigns work to the team per the daily and weekly schedule.Responsible for the quality execution of work and reports and recommends solutions to deviations from the plan.Provides coaching, leadership, and direction for department personnel.Distributes work orders for every job and provides progress updates to the senior shift manager daily.Other duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications :High School Diploma or GED required.Supervisory experience or previous experience in a similar role.Ability to read and comprehend Gantt charts and use CMMS software (training provided)Rotating shift role that alternates weekly.
