McDonald’s Corporate-owned restaurant is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations, supervise crew and other managers, and ensure top-quality service. You’ll drive performance across food safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction while maintaining a positive, energetic work culture.

Ideal candidates have prior leadership experience in hospitality or retail, a flexible schedule, and a commitment to the fast-paced McDonald’s environment. Minimum age 18+ is required.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred for managing shifts and teams.
• Strong focus on Food Safety and quality standards.
• Ability to communicate clearly with crew and other managers.
