• Oversee Shift Manager duties: lead crew and other managers during shifts to ensure Quality, Service and Cleanliness.
• Plan each shift, monitor performance, and communicate with the next Shift Manager.
• Ensure safety, security, and profitability while meeting targets.
• Maintain food safety practices and exceptional customer service.
