McDonald’s restaurant is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations, coach crew, and ensure fast, friendly, and accurate service. You’ll oversee food safety, quality production, cleanliness, and safety, while coordinating scheduling and training for a productive team.

Experience in leadership roles within retail or hospitality is preferred. Must be 18+ with a flexible schedule to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred, ideally in food service or retail.
• Must be 18 years or older to supervise shifts.
• Ability to manage shifts, meet targets and uphold standards.
