Job summary

McDonald’s Corporate owned restaurant is seeking a Shift Manager to lead daily operations, supervise crew and fellow managers, and ensure Quality, Service and Cleanliness for every shift.

You will plan shifts, monitor performance, uphold McDonald’s standards, manage safety and profitability, and communicate prep for the next shift. Previous leadership experience is preferred; you must be 18+ to manage in this environment with a flexible schedule and a passion for fast-paced service.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail or hospitality environment.
• You must be 18 years or older to be a manager.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead shifts weekly, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service.
• Monitor safety, security, and profitability during shifts.
• Coach crew and other managers to meet quality standards.
• Plan for each shift and prepare the next shift to run smoothly.
