McDonald’s is seeking a Shift Manager to lead restaurant operations at a franchise location. You will supervise crew and other managers, ensure fast, friendly service, maintain food safety and quality, and drive daily performance across all shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee each shift to ensure fast, accurate, friendly service
• Lead the crew and other managers during shifts
• Monitor quality, safety, and cleanliness to McDonald’s standards
• Plan shifts, track performance, and manage safety and security
• Communicate with the next Shift Manager to ensure a smooth handoff
• Meet targets for the assigned departments during shifts
• Coach and train team members for optimal performance
• Schedule staff and ensure adequate coverage
• Maintain inventory and daily maintenance tasks
• Support operations to deliver excellent customer service
