Qualifications

• 6 months of restaurant management experience (QSR) or 1 year entry-level retail management experience.
• Proven ability to lead and train a team to meet service standards.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager in overseeing drive-in operations and staff performance.
• Direct and coach Team Members, Carhops and Skating Carhops to meet service standards.
• Oversee opening/closing duties, scheduling, inventory, and compliance with policies and safety guidelines.
• Maintain guest satisfaction by responding promptly to requests and resolving complaints.
