Responsibilities

• Lead by example and manage the team during shifts.
• Provide new hire training and ongoing staff development.
• Complete logs and paperwork accurately.
• Deliver prompt, friendly service and upsell where appropriate.
• Ensure food quality and food safety throughout the day.
• Monitor equipment temperature and functioning.
• Handle returns, refunds, and customer complaints when needed.
• Prepare and package menu items according to recipes and guidelines.
• Maintain sanitation standards and safe food handling procedures.
• Assist with cleaning and sanitizing the entire restaurant as needed.
• Monitor inventory and stock levels; alert management to shortages.
