Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in LaGrange, GA is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee daily operations in the absence of the General Manager. You will lead a team, ensure food quality, and deliver outstanding customer service to meet goals and drive performance.

The role requires a positive, customer-focused attitude, flexibility across opening, mid-day, and closing shifts, and a commitment to training and developing team members while upholding Popeyes procedures and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Leading by example, plus managing the team.
• Providing new hire training & ongoing training & development of Team Members.
• Completing all necessary logs & paperwork.
• Providing prompt & friendly customer service, including taking orders and processing payments.
• Checking food quality & temperature to ensure freshness and safety.
• Checking equipment for temperature and proper functioning.
• Processing returns & refunds and resolving customer complaints when needed.
• Prepares & packages signature menu items and drinks according to recipes and portion sizes.
• Adhere to safety, food handling and sanitation standards.
• Contribute to cleaning and sanitizing the restaurant and surroundings.
• Monitor inventory levels and stock items; notify management of shortages.
