Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus.
• Capable of training and developing Team Members.

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive environment to boost store morale.
• Lead by example and manage the team in absence of the GM.
• Provide new hire and ongoing training for team members.
• Handle logs, paperwork and daily operations.
• Deliver prompt, friendly customer service and upsell where appropriate.
• Ensure food quality and safety through proper temperature checks.
• Monitor equipment functionality and maintenance.
