Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Foster a positive store environment and morale.
• Lead by example and manage the team in absence of GM.
• Provide new hire and ongoing training for Team Members.
• Handle guest orders, payments, and upsell when appropriate.
• Monitor food quality and temperature to ensure safety and freshness.
• Check equipment temperature and functioning; manage returns and refunds.
• Prepare and package menu items per recipes and guidelines.
• Inspect cleanliness of restaurant and prep areas; stock inventory.

Education
