Qualifications

• Candidates must meet legal requirements to sell liquor and tobacco in Hawaii.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Must obtain TB Clearance and Safe Food Handler Certification within 60 days of hire; UST Certification and Liquor Cards for applicable counties within 60 days.
• Demonstrates leadership, communication, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Following company policies and laws related to alcohol, tobacco, and food handling is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily store operations, ensuring image and standards align with company values.
• Lead training for all new team members, giving guidance and feedback.
• Support scheduling, opening/closing duties, inventory, ordering and receiving.
• Fulfill cashier and cook tasks as needed to meet operations.
• Ensure health and safety standards comply with laws and proper sanitation.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues promptly.
