Flynn Arby’s is seeking a Shift Manager to join our team in Laramie, WY. You will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and drive sales while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in Food/Hospitality, strong communication skills, and the ability to work a fast-paced schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Full-time role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the Food/Hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Successfully implement strategies to drive sales and achieve financial targets.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with other Shift Managers and the management team to continuously improve processes and procedures.
