Flynn Arby's is seeking a Shift Manager to join our dynamic team. You will oversee daily restaurant operations, train crew members, and ensure exceptional service while maintaining quality and cleanliness.

This role requires supervisory experience in hospitality, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in the Food/Hospitality industry.
• Proven ability to lead a team and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the detailed execution of operational tasks, including food preparation, customer service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop team members to ensure they consistently deliver exceptional service.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures to maintain a high standard of quality.
• Implement strategies to drive sales and achieve financial targets.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
