Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a keyholder, supervisor, or shift leader in retail.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for staff training and customer engagement.
• Basic knowledge of retail operations, cash handling, and POS use.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to drive sales and meet store KPI goals.
• Assist store manager in training and developing sales associates.
• Support daily operations: replenishment, fronting, cash handling, and merchandising.
• Maintain store appearance and stock levels; implement visual merchandising updates.
• Open and close the store; ensure safety, cleanliness, and policy compliance.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and escalate as needed.
• Support loss prevention and uphold store policies.
• Maintain a professional, enthusiastic attitude aligned with MINISO USA.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems.
• Participate in store promotions and sales events.
