You will oversee receiving merchandise, prepping product for floor display, breaking down deliveries, stocking shelves, building displays, greeting guests, and assisting them in finding items. You will guide team members throughout your shift to ensure smooth operation and a positive guest experience, with a focus on teamwork, efficiency, and adherence to company

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in the absence of the Store Director and Assistant Store Director.
• Receive merchandise according to company policies and procedures.
• Prepare product to go out to the floor for merchandising.
• Break down deliveries efficiently and stock shelves.
• Build displays with packaged products and greet guests on the salesfloor.
• Provide guidance and direction to team members during shifts to ensure smooth operation.
