Coborn's Incorporated in New Prague, MN is looking for a Shift Manager to provide leadership coverage and oversee store operations in the absence of the Store Director and Assistant Store Director. You will lead the team, ensure smooth shifts, and uphold company standards.

Duties include receiving merchandise, stocking shelves, merchandising displays, greeting guests, and helping customers. This role requires guiding teammates to maintain efficient store flow and positive guest experiences

Responsibilities

• Providing leadership coverage and managing store operations in the absence of the Store Director and Assistant Store Director.
• Receiving merchandise according to company policies and procedures, preparing products for floor merchandising, stocking shelves, and building displays.
• Greeting guests on the sales floor and assisting them with finding items they need, while guiding team members to ensure smooth shift operation.
