McDonald’s is seeking an enthusiastic, dependable Crew Leader to join our Athol team. In this role you will oversee weekly shifts, guiding Crew and Managers to deliver fast, friendly service while maintaining top-quality food and cleanliness.

You’ll play a key part in staffing, safety, and daily operations to ensure an outstanding guest experience. You’ll lead by example, train new team members, and work with fellow managers to hit goals and uphold McDonald’s high standards of service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shifts weekly and ensure fast, accurate, friendly experience for customers.

• Communicate effectively with Crew and next Shift Managers to prepare for great shifts.
• Achieve targets during shifts and help departments meet goals.
• Monitor safety, security, inventory and profitability.
• Manage Crew schedules and encourage high performance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and quality food production.
• Train new team members on critical job functions.
