• Maintain high standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness.
• Monitor food safety and restaurant safety procedures.
• Manage inventory and minimize waste.
• Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and properly maintained.
• Communicate important information to the next shift and restaurant leadership.
• Help achieve sales, service, productivity, and profitability goals.
