Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year in foodservice.
• Serve Safe Certification preferred; training may be provided.

• Experience with inventory, cost controls, and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Assist the general manager as primary support.
• Ensure all aspects of operation run smoothly during shifts.
• Oversee service, food safety, and cost controls on shift.
• Supervise up to 15 employees and ensure labor law compliance.
