Job summary

Arby's, Inc. seeks a proactive Shift Manager to support daily restaurant operations. You will assist the General Manager and Assistant Manager, ensuring smooth shift execution, effective service, and adherence to food safety and cost controls.

You will guide team members through training and performance initiatives to uphold Arby’s standards. You’ll gain exposure to front-line operations from customer service to food preparation and cash handling, with opportunities for growth and ongoing

Qualifications

• 1+ year in foodservice operation or similar role.
• Serve Safe certification is a plus (training available).
• Strong communication and multitasking skills.
• Experience with inventory, cost controls and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Support the general manager and assistant manager on each shift.
• Ensure all aspects of operation run smoothly during shifts.
• Oversee service, food safety, and cost controls.
• Supervise a shift of up to 15 employees and comply with labor laws.
